Shipping/Delivery

Style Sassy Boutique ships merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 5-10 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends) with the exception of Pre-orders, which will have an estimated ship date.

Style Sassy Boutique does offer overnight/expedited shipping at an additional cost. If you need to expedite shipping place your order by no later than 12 noon est, and add a note to expedite shipping. We will email you an invoice for the cost of overnight shipping, that must be paid before item(s) are shipped. Overnight shipping cost will be an additional $25.

Return Policy

100% satisfaction is our goal.

All full-price online and in-person purchases are eligible for Store Credit Only. All returns must be requested via email within 5 days of receiving the product(s). All returns will be processed as store credits. We do NOT issue refunds or offer exchanges. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, NO EXCEPTIONS. Please see below exceptions and rules:

  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Return must be received/delivered to the PO Box provided within 8 business days of receiving written authorization to return item(s).
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping order. If you feel you have received an incorrect,  defective or damaged item, please contact us within 2 business days of the delivery date.
  • Final Sale items will not be accepted for return/exchange. Final sale items are items marked as final sale.
  • All accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.
  • Store credits expire 1 year from the date issued.
  • Store credits are eligible to use on in-stock items only. Not eligible for use on “pre-orders” and/or “back orders”

Return Process

Please contact Style Sassy Boutique via email at info@stylesassyboutique.com within five days of receiving your purchase to request a return. An order is considered received based on the date shown as “delivered” when using the tracking number.

Please provide a tracking number to expedite the return process. All returns are sent to a PO Box that is checked when returns are expected. If we are not expecting a return, we will not know to check the PO Box.
